~ A Little About Myself ~
Drumming up and dishing delicacies were what I had always a fascination
for. This is the reason why I decided to join Hotel Management &
Catering Technology, Chennai.
I finished my diploma from the same in 1999. It is the same
year when I finished my graduation. It was another feather to my cap. I
landed in Dubai with a job in 7star hotel Burj. My first job and that
too on a foreign shore – it was really a turning point in my life. My
stint as a chef in Dubai turned out to be very pleasurable
experience for me. I feel myself very lucky to have worked
with many a celebrity chef who worked in the best hotels of the globe.
My second job was in QE2 Cruiseliner. Later I moved to New Zealand
and joined famous Queenstown. I was there for more than 3 years. Next I
got a chance to work in a famous 5star Christchurch and worked there for
2years.
2007 was a defining moment of my career. That year, I along with my
wife, Jasmina, decided to embark on restaurant venture. Jyoti Indian
Cuisine came into being out of our passion for cooking. My wife is an
amazing cook and expert at home-style cooking. She has been the driving
force behind my business initiatives and brand success.
The core value of our company is to provide our patrons with
fast, efficient, friendly service with a very affordable menu. We whip
up some specialties which are quite a hit with the food connoisseurs.
We have a long menu list and try hard to do justice to your penny and
palate.
